Cooking with Lacey


Cooking is a big part of my life at home and on this day i had a helper Lacey she decided Grant needed pink sprinkle cup cakes


{this makes a normal sized cake and 12 muffin size cupcakes or 2 normal sized cakes}

2 Cups SR Flour

1 Cup sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

4 Eggs

250g  Soft butter

4 Tablespoons Custard Powder

1 cup of Milk


Pre Heat Oven to 170 (for fan forced)

Put all ingredients into bowl and mix for 10 minutes .

Grease 2 cake tins {or 1 if your doing my trick and freezing half along with your 12 muffin paper cups in a muffin tray }

Once mixture is in cake tins place in Oven for 40 minutes

** If you have cupcakes check after 20 minutes buy using a skewer inserted into center of cupcake and if it pulls out clean there done

The thing i love most about this cake just put it all into mixing bowl and beat for 10 minutes

Best thing about being the only one helping, you don’t need to share the beaters
