Adam & Bec – {SWAN VALLEY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER}

Adam proposed to Bec whilst on holiday in Bali and after a romantic dinner for two and a stunning sunset over the ocean he popped the question on bended knee.

Becs favorite moment was arriving at the venue and seeing Adam standing at the altar. She felt excited and nervous for what was about to happen.

Adams favorite part of the day was finally getting to see Bec walk down the aisle at Mulberry on Swan with her Mum and Dad, after all the anticipation and build up of the day.

The planning of a wedding together can be stressful but exciting at the same time, choosing styles, colours and music and in the lead there can be mixed emotions of all those decisions coming together all on one day.

A small piece of advice from Bec would be to have as much organised in advance that you can and don’t sweat the small things (too much), the guests are surprised by it all so they won’t know what they missed if it doesn’t quite get done the way you planned.  Bec used Pinterest as her main inspiration and ideas about how they could personalise details so that they were there own.

Having previously had an engagement photo session, it helped both Bec and Adam know what to expect when it came to their big day, relaxing with the bridal party in Guildford with a few drinks and laughs courtesy of their fun friends.

Bec’s stunning strapless lace gown with small train suited her perfectly but wasn’t the first dress she tried on.  After a few days of stressful searching and being greeted by Dion for Brides lovely attentive staff she tried “it” on and instantly tears welled up in her eyes and she knew it was “the one”.  Her Mother and Bridesmaids concurred!

Once back at Mulberry on Swan and just a couple more photos on the lawn out the front the Bridal Party couldn’t wait to get inside and celebrate with their families and guests.  They were both now relaxed in the knowledge that the party was about to begin.

Mulberry on Swan‘s attention to detail and friendly staff helped make their special day all that more special.  From the “roaming” canapes followed by a sit down main course and wedding cake for dessert the reception was one to remember for a long time.

A memorable part of their special day for both of them was the start of the dancing at the reception and after they performed their first dance to “I won’t give up” by Jason Mraz, the lights went down and the DJ started. The dancefloor flooded with guests announcing the beginning of a great night.

What a beautiful day to share with you both.
