Theresa and Michael’s wedding was a family affair with the couple making many of the arrangements for their special day.
Michael proposed the traditional way with ring in hand and on bended knee. High on a hill overlooking a familiar yet special place to them both, the family farm.
After being together for 6 years and 9 days (according to Theresa) the bride and groom decided to start their day together, the way they intend to start every day from now on. Shortly after Michael left to prepare for the amazing day that lay ahead.
The couple wanted the day to be laid back, more like a big party to celebrate their love for one another with family and friends.
Theresa knew what she wanted when it came to the details of their wedding and didn’t stop searching until she found exactly what she was after.
A small piece of advice from the Bride would be to look after yourself in the lead up to the day, eat well, get plenty of sleep and surround yourself with experts in their field as it makes the day that much easier and enjoyable.
Emma from The Turtle & The Pelican provided styling and hire helping complete the picture.
After all the formalities were done the bridal party chose to have their photos taken at the family farm and rightly so when their lives are so embedded here.
