On 22nd April, Roxie and Campbell said “I do” at Faversham House in York followed by a fairytale reception on their block facing Mt Bakewell with a pop-up garden and marquee.
After four years together, a romantic dinner at the newly re-built Guildford Hotel followed by a visit to San Churro’s (where Roxie ate herself into a chocolate coma), Campbell took her to a favourite lookout over Perth to propose. Once there, Roxie sat down on a rock and refused to move due to her overindulgences and high heels. Pop the question he did surrounded by quite the crowd who were also enjoying the view.
With no compromises Roxie and Campbell shared their special day with family and favourite friends and loved every minute.
It was perfect beyond their expectations. If the bride was to offer any advice it would be “to plan your day, pick your bridal party for who you want to spend the day with and those that will complete the day and not people who you are expected to have in your bridal party, they can make or break your day (Mine made the day).” – Great advice.
After trying on just two dresses with one of her bridesmaids, Roxie knew that she had found “the one”. Nothing was going to compare to this stunning lace gown from Tuscany Bridal so the search was over.
“May your life together be full of love and your love be full of life”
Once the formalities of the day were over, Roxie and Campbell, celebrated on their block under the stars, complete with a 1959 Baravan from Charlie and Collette, a stunning addition to a gorgeous reception.
